Mr. Curtis L. Martin appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. Mr. Martin pled guilty to first-degree domestic assault, section 565.072, and kidnapping, section 565.110, and received concurrent terms of thirteen years, the maximum sentence under his plea agreement.
