Everett and Cindy Peters, co-plaintiffs with Rachel Hall, also contest two of the trial court's evidentiary rulings in the jury trial of their nuisance claims. The ContiGroup Companies have filed a cross-appeal that is contingent on any reversal based on the appeal of Ms. Hall...
