Stepfather and Mother appeal the juvenile court's judgment removing Mother's two minor children from their home and placing them with the Children's Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services. The Juvenile Officer petitioned the juvenile court for jurisdiction over each child, alleging that the children were in need of care and treatment because of physical abuse. The juvenile court determined that Stepfather abused the children...
