In this dispute between adjoining landowners, Defendants-Appellants Greg and Lisa Corson appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of Plaintiff-Respondent Tim Atkinson. Atkinson cross-appeals the trial court's grant of a directed verdict in favor of Greg Corson on Atkinson's punitive damages claim based on Mr. Corson's alleged violation of the rule of reasonable use of surface water.
