Joseph Powell, Sr. appeals the circuit court's judgment of his convictions for murder in the first degree in violation of § 565.020.11 and armed criminal action in violation of § 571.015. On appeal, he presents three points. We affirm.

Powell and the victim were married and had two children. Due to marital problems, the victim moved in with her mother and Powell moved in with his girlfriend...
