David McBride ("Husband") appeals the circuit court's judgment dismissing with prejudice his motion to terminate or, in the alternative, modify maintenance. Because the original dissolution judgment provided that its maintenance award was non-modifiable, the trial court lacked authority to modify or terminate it, and we affirm the dismissal.
