John Morgan appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court committing him to secure confinement in the custody of the Department of Mental Health as a sexually violent predator. Morgan asserts on appeal that the trial court erred in failing to submit two of his offered instructions to the jury. The judgment is affirmed.
