AG Processing, Inc. and Sedalia Industrial Energy Users Association were the relators seeking judicial review of a PSC ruling in the circuit court in this case. The relators below (hereafter often collectively referred to as "the Consumers") appeal the circuit court's judgment dismissing their petition for judicial review of the PSC's order of May 25, 2007, for lack of jurisdiction due to lack of finality.
