Tracy Stauffer ("Husband") appeals from a judgment entered in the Circuit Court of Jackson County concluding that he was in arrears on his maintenance payments to his ex-wife, Yvonne Stauffer ("Wife"), and denying his motion for termination of income withholding. For the following reasons, the judgment is reversed.
