William and Robin Childers appeal from the circuit court's judgment granting a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction in favor of Gary Schwartz, a California resident. The Childerses contend that the circuit court erred in granting the motion to dismiss because Schwartz committed tortious acts in Missouri, transacted business in Missouri, and had sufficient minimum contacts with Missouri to satisfy due process.
