This appeal stems from a suit involving a will contest and an antenuptial agreement brought by a surviving spouse. The surviving husband was omitted from his deceased wife's will. He brought suit asserting that he was a pretermitted spouse, an antenuptial agreement barring him from asserting his rights to the assets of a revocable trust was void and unenforceable, and the assets of the revocable trust should be brought into the probate...
