ORDER

The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed a petition for disciplinary action against respondent Kylie M. Liu after the Iowa Supreme Court suspended her for 90 days. See In re Liu, No. 22-1912, Order at 1 (Iowa filed Dec. 9, 2022). Respondent was suspended in Iowa for engaging in a prohibited sexual relationship with a client. Respondent's misconduct violated Iowa R. Prof. Conduct 32:1.8(j).
