ORDER

The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility has filed a petition for disciplinary action against respondent Hunter C. Tonry after the Oregon Supreme Court suspended Tonry for 30 days. In re Tonry, No. 22-31, Order (Or. filed June 28, 2022). Respondent was suspended for 30 days in Oregon for engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, in violation of Or. R. Prof. Conduct 5.5(a) and Or. Rev. Stat. § 9.160(1) (2022).
