Respondent Todd Schwanke, a sergeant in the Steele County Sheriff's Office, challenges his 2011 performance evaluation for accuracy and completeness under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn.Stat. ch. 13 (2012). We conclude that Schwanke can challenge the "accuracy or completeness" of his performance evaluation under Minn.Stat. § 13.04, subd. 4(a).
