In this appeal from a summary judgment dismissing a whistleblower claim on the ground that it was barred by the statute of limitations, appellant argues that the district court erred in determining that (1) the limitations period began to run on the date that appellant was notified that her job was being eliminated and (2) equitable estoppel did not apply to toll the statute of limitations.
