This appeal concerns the meaning of the term "debt" as defined in a guaranty and associated loan documents. Appellant-creditor challenges the district court's interpretation of a guaranty providing that respondents-guarantors are liable for "Ten Percent (10%) of the Debt under the Loan Documents."
