Appellant Rosalyn McDonald-Richards was convicted of one count of aiding and abetting first-degree murder, in violation of Minn.Stat. §§ 609.185(a)(3), 609.05 (2012), and one count of aiding and abetting attempted first-degree murder, in violation of Minn.Stat. §§ 609.185(a)(3), 609.05, 609.17 (2012).
