The State of Minnesota challenges dismissal of third-degree driving-while-impaired (DWI) charges against respondent Mark Alan Greenman, contending that the district court erred in concluding that a "Segway" electric personal assistive mobility device (Segway) is not included in the definition of "motor vehicle" in the DWI statute.
