STAUBER, Judge.

On appeal from his convictions of and sentences for second- and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, appellant argues that the district court abused its discretion by failing to grant his motion for a downward dispositional departure where the psycho-sexual evaluation indicated that appellant exhibited a low risk to reoffend and was a good candidate for community-based outpatient treatment. We affirm.
