In Martin v. Dicklich, we ordered Donald Dicklich, the Saint Louis County Auditor ("the County Auditor") to replace the name of Kerry Gauthier with the name of Erik Simonson as the Democratic-Farmer-Labor ("DFL") endorsed candidate for state representative, House District 7B, on the November 2012 general election ballot.
