Divorcing parents were required by a dissolution decree to engage a parenting consultant to resolve parenting disputes. The father sued the parenting consultant for negligence and breach of contract for her parenting-consultant decisions. The district court entered summary judgment dismissing the suit, holding that the consultant was entitled to quasi-judicial immunity.
