In this case of first impression, appellant challenges his felony conviction under Minn.Stat. § 609.2241, subd. 2(2), the knowing-transfer-of-communicable-disease statute. We conclude that Minn.Stat. § 609.2241, subd. 2, is subject to more than one reasonable interpretation and that the statute is therefore ambiguous.
