On appeal from summary judgment, appellant Wilmont-Adrian Cooperative argues that the district court erred in holding that it has a production-inputs lien, inferior to respondent First National Bank's (FNB) security interest, and therefore cannot prevail on its Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and conversion claims against FNB.
