OPINION

RODENBERG, Judge.

In this appeal, we consider whether the district court committed any error in approving an agreement between the parties prior to voir dire to dismiss a prospective juror who was a next-door neighbor of the attorney prosecuting the case. We hold that, because the rules do not proscribe such an agreement, the district court committed no error.
