Appellant Marlon Terrell Pratt was charged by complaint with 17 counts of theft by swindle, pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 609.52, subd. 2(4) (2010), and two counts of racketeering, pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 609.903, subd. 1 (2010).
