Relator Builders Commonwealth, Inc. filed a petition for writ of certiorari, seeking review of the decision by an unemployment-law judge (ULJ) that relator's members are employees of relator and that relator is an employer pursuant to Minnesota unemployment-insurance law, obligating relator to pay unemployment-insurance taxes.
