On March 17, 2009, respondent Erin Marie Wolff was disbarred in Arizona under her married name, Erin M. Alavez, for several instances of professional misconduct.1 Respondent then returned to Minnesota and resumed practicing law under her maiden name, Erin Marie Wolff.
