In this trust dispute, appellant-trustee argues that the district court misinterpreted Minn.Stat. § 524.2-1106(b)(1) and Minn.Stat. § 524.2-1116 (2010), which resulted in an erroneous determination that the trust beneficiary's disclaimer is invalid. Appellant-trustee contends that under a correct reading of the statutes, (a) the time for filing the disclaimer had not expired; and (b) the disclaimer is not barred because...
