In this appeal from convictions of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and third-degree and fifth-degree assault, appellant argues that the district court erred by (1) admitting evidence of appellant's prior convictions for impeachment purposes, (2) admitting testimony about appellant's swastika tattoo, and (3) providing jurors with a pamphlet entitled Behind Closed Doors: A Guide to Jury Deliberations.
