In August 2006 respondent Jeremy Grant Rickert pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct for multiple acts that occurred on or about 2003 through 2006. The district court accepted Rickert's guilty plea and imposed the presumptive 144-month sentence and the 10-year conditional release mandated by Minn.Stat. § 609.3455, subd. 6 (2010).
