This appeal is from an order dismissing appellant Swan Lake Cabin Corporation's counterclaim seeking a judicial determination of a boundary by practical location between two parcels of Torrens property. Because the district court did not err by concluding that appellant's failure to follow the procedural requirements of Minn.Stat. § 508.671 defeated its counterclaim, we affirm.<...
