OPINION

SHUMAKER, Judge.

This is an appeal from summary judgment dismissing claims asserted by a certified class under the Minnesota Fair Labor Standards Act (MFLSA) and the common law of contracts. Because there are no genuine issues of material fact and judgment was appropriate as a matter of law, we affirm.
