This appeal arises from appellant Adolphus Brown's convictions of attempted second-degree murder and possession of a pistol without a permit. Brown shot and wounded M.L. during a child-visitation altercation. During the omnibus hearing, Brown testified that he had a permit for the pistol he used to shoot M.L.
