PETERSON, Judge.

This appeal is from a determination by an unemployment-law judge (ULJ) that relator is ineligible for unemployment benefits because he was discharged for employment misconduct. We affirm.

FACTS

Relator Blayne Brisson worked as a full-time utility-maintenance supervisor for respondent City of Hewitt from June 1, 2002, through October 7, 2009. In June 2009, the city clerk questioned relator about stainless-steel bolts...
