ROSS, Judge.

Relator Tashika Sykes quit her job with Northwest Airlines for a higher-salaried position. But her new job lasted less than two weeks for lack of funding. Sykes applied for but was denied unemployment benefits arising from her employment with Northwest because she had quit that position. She now challenges the decision of the unemployment law judge (ULJ) that she is ineligible for unemployment benefits, arguing that the better-job exception...
