Appellant challenges his convictions of six crimes related to the assault of his former girlfriend, arguing that he is entitled to a new trial because the district court permitted the prosecutor to strike a juror based on race. Appellant also challenges his sentence, arguing that the district court erred in failing to use a criminal-history score of zero for a felony sentence imposed consecutively to a gross-misdemeanor sentence...
