Appellant Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc., challenges the district court's order denying its motion to compel arbitration of respondents' claims against appellant arising out of securities transactions. Respondents withdrew their claims against appellant and co-defendant Helen Dale from arbitration after Dale successfully moved for dismissal of all claims against her originating more than six years before the arbitration complaint...
