In March 2008, the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility (Director) filed a petition for disciplinary action against Bent Karlsen asserting six counts of unprofessional conduct. Karlsen served and filed a general denial. Subsequently, the Director filed a supplementary petition asserting four additional counts of unprofessional conduct.
