Appellant challenges the district court's order to submit a DNA sample for identification purposes pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 609.117, subd. 1(1). Appellant argues that the statute, as applied to one who has not been convicted of a felony, (1) violates the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 10, of the Minnesota Constitution...
