This appeal arises from appellant's conviction of misdemeanor prostitution, a violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.324, subd. 3 (2006). Appellant argues that the investigating officer engaged in outrageous government conduct in violation of the due-process guarantees of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 7, of the Minnesota Constitution.
