Appellant Meng Vang was convicted of two counts of aiding and abetting first-degree premeditated murder and two counts of aiding and abetting first-degree premeditated murder for the benefit of a gang for the shooting and resulting deaths of Tashi Jagottsang and Bunsean Lieng.
