This appeal is taken from an order denying a motion by appellant Life Time Fitness, Inc. (Life Time) for summary judgment dismissing a certified class claim asserted by respondent Sarah Erdman under the Minnesota Fair Labor Standards Act (MFLSA). The district court concluded that a bonus plan allowing payroll deductions for bonus amounts advanced but not earned precluded Life Time from claiming exemptions...
