Appellant, a home buyer, brought a misrepresentation claim against respondents, alleging that respondents' failure to disclose that their home had suffered a fire caused her to incur damages unrelated to the fire. At the start of trial, respondents brought a motion in limine to exclude appellant's evidence of damages.
