An unemployment-law judge (ULJ) determined that (1) relator's employment was not terminated upon receiving a notice of discharge, and (2) relator was ineligible for unemployment benefits because his assault of a co-worker, which occurred after receiving the notice of discharge, constituted employee misconduct.
