The issue raised in this appeal is whether the juvenile court lacked the authority to order restitution pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 611A.04 (2008). Appellant H.A.D. pleaded guilty in juvenile court to fifth-degree assault. The court adjudicated H.A.D. delinquent and placed her on probation for 1 year.
