The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA or agency) reissued a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System/State Disposal System (NPDES) permit to Alexandria Lake Area Sanitary District (ALASD) that allowed ALASD to operate and expand its wastewater treatment facility.
