This appeal involves mechanic's-lien foreclosure actions in two consolidated appeals. In appeal number A08-0569, appellant-engineer, Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc., claims that the district court erroneously invalidated appellant-engineer's mechanic's lien based on appellant-engineer's failure to provide prelien notice.
