Appellant Edgar Randolph Hughes, Jr., pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery and was sentenced to 240 months, which was an upward departure from the presumptive sentence; he was also ordered to pay restitution, the amount of which was determined by Community Corrections, subject to Hughes's right to a hearing.
