The Alexandria Housing and Redevelopment Authority (AHRA) terminated the employment of Judith Rost, its executive director. Rost petitioned the Bureau of Mediation Services (BMS) for independent review of her termination pursuant to section 179A.25 of the Minnesota Statutes.
