On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the March 9, 2023 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the January 11, 2023 order of the Wayne Circuit Court and REMAND this case to that court to consider the defendant's constitutional challenges to MCL 750.227 under the standards set forth in New York State Rifle & Pistol Ass'n, Inc, et al v Bruen,
